Register your account as a Member by clicking the "Rewards" button on the page, then click "Join Now".

Members will earn 1 point for every Rp1 spent on Ready Stock items. Points are calculated from the total payment after discount and do not include shipping costs. Points will be added after the order is completed.

Essentially, Points reflect your total spending amount. So, if you spend Rp200,000, you will get 200,000 pts, if you spend Rp388,000, you will get 388,000 pts, and so on.


Points can be exchanged for Shopping Vouchers or Shipping Coupons:
  • 200,000 pts → Rp5,000 off shipping
  • 500,000 pts → Rp15,000 off shipping
  • 1,500,000 pts → Rp75,000 Voucher
  • 5,000,000 pts → Rp350,000 Voucher
  • 7,500,000 pts → Rp600,000 Voucher

How to Use Points
  1. Exchange points for vouchers in the Rewards menu.
  2. Copy the given voucher code.
  3. Enter the code during checkout.

Terms and conditions for reward usage
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other promo codes
  • Only 1 reward per transaction
  • Points cannot be transferred to another account
  • Points cannot be cashed out
  • The Point system does not apply to Custom Boxes.

We maintain consistent quality and do not substitute materials with thinner alternatives without prior notice. Should there be any changes, we will inform you beforehand or display new information in the catalog.

Variations in material feel may occur due to the production of raw paper materials from our partnered suppliers, even if the grammage remains the same. Sometimes the material feels smoother or softer, but this does not mean it is thinner.

Always read the box description before purchasing. If in doubt, please contact an administrator. Do not worry—these material differences are very rare.

Plain/printed box colors may appear streaky if there are seams, as materials from suppliers can vary slightly between batches. Kraft (brown) is made from recycled materials, and its color varies depending on the batch. Ivory (white) can tend to be bluish or yellowish.

Color differences can also occur in printing, influenced by ink batches and the base color of the material.

In addition, color changes can occur due to external design files that have not been created in accordance with our printing standards (custom).

A reasonable color difference is ±10% in production, and this is beyond our control.

After payment, please wait for the "Ready for Pick-Up" confirmation email before coming or ordering a courier.

Pick-Up Service Hours
Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM WIB. (Closed on Sundays & public holidays).
– Orders >2:00 PM WIB → processed on the next business day.
– Estimated readiness: ±4 hours (may be delayed during peak season, we apologize that urgent requests cannot be accommodated).
